At the 1927 Grand Lodge meeting, regional meetings were set for lodges in BSA Regions 1 & 2, Region 3, and Regions 7 & 9. (Davis). Starting in 1928, at least three Biennial Conferences were held for lodges in BSA Regions 7, 8, 9. The 1930 conference was held at Camp Reinberg, and 1932 conference was hosted by Owasippe Lodge 7 at the Great Lakes Naval Training Station.

"In November 1932, Owasippe Lodge 7 hosted the Third Biennial Conference for Region 7 at the Great Lakes Naval Training Station in Illinois. During that Conference, 15 members were selected to seal their Brotherhood bonds. Among them were three members of the Takodah Chapter of Owasippe Lodge 7. The Takodah Chapter was for segregated Scouts and Arrowmen. Attending that event was the only two-term Grand Lodge Chief, Robroy Price. A piece of memorabilia from this event is truly awesome."
