So far, there is only evidence that Area W met once, in 1948 at a pow-wow hosted by Cowaw 9 at Camp Cowaw.

In September 1948, as part of the integration into the 12 Regions, the lodges of Area W were divided up between Area 2-B and Area 2-C.
