At least two different sources indicate that Unami hosted an Area Meeting in 1945 at Breyer Training Area. It is not definitively known which of the above lodges were in attendance in 1945.

In May of 1948, Area E held a conference at Camp Horseshoe, hosted by Octoraro 22. It is not definitively known which of the above lodges were in attendance in 1948. Tiadaghton 384 and Tuckahoe 386 were chartered in mid-1948, so it is very unlikely that they would've been able to attend.

- In September 1948, as part of the integration into the 12 Regions, the lodges of Area E were reorganized as Area 3-A.
