  • Golden Sun 492 was split along chapter lines into three lodges: a new Golden Sun 492 (Cornhusker), Three Arrows 510 (Tri-Trails), and We-U-Shi 517 (Overland Trails).

    • Two councils were carved out of the Cornhusker Council: Tri-Trails (North Platte, NE) and Overland Trails (Grand Island, NE).
      Effective: Jun 1, 1954


  • 1959: A-Me-Qua 376 merged into Golden Eagle 313.

  • 1959: Bo-Qui 453 merged into Mitigwa 450.

  • Wisaka 170 (Sac N Fox Council Moline, IL) and Golden Eagle 313 (Buffalo Bill Area Council Davenport, IA) merge to form Muc-Kis-Sou Lodge #170 in Area 7-E. The new lodge straddled the boundary between Illinois and Iowa, hence the new council's name Illowa based in Davenport, IA. This merger also moved the Region 7-8 boundary westward to encompass the former Buffalo Bill Area Council.
    Effective: 1967


  • 1972: Wakosha 108 + Aiaouez 473 = Sac-N-Fox 108
