OA Section List - 2008 Western Region Realignment

On Nov 12, the official section designations were announced. The new sections are using geographic descriptors:
N = North, S = South, E = East, W = West, and P = Pacific. It appears that the areas were also renumbered.

Tiwahe 45, which was reassinged to Section W-4S; however, its council, San Diego-Imperial remains in Area 6.

I personally would like to see this as an example for pehaps keeping sections intact during a region/area realignment. While it's understandable that areas are run by professional scouters at the Area level, its nice to see some flexiblity in the management of OA sections-- especially if they are able to give more responsibility to the volunteer leadership.
